Make the Effort
I used to hate preparing meals, thought it was too much effort and always assumed I would get bored of eating the same thing day in day out. Once I really wanted to get into shape, I started to test different ways of preparing meals for when I was at work. Every time I would prepare a set of meals I would try find ways to simplify it and make it so that I wouldn’t get sick of the same taste.
Keeping it Simple
Eventually I came up with a way that worked for me. This video shows how I sometimes like to prepare meals.
