It’s so easy to go to the store and buy ready made sauces, dressing and marinades. Most are full of preservatives and other unhealthy ingredients, while the healthier ones generally cost a fortune. In this video I wanted to share a few basic ways you can mix ingredients to create a healthier version.
I never measure the exact amount of the ingredients, instead I just go with the flow and taste it as I make it. If I want it sweeter I will add more honey, if I want it thicker I add a little less liquid, if I want it spicy I add some cayenne pepper or chili flakes.
The aim of this video is to give you the basics so that you can feel comfortable throwing ingredients together to make something that works for you.
