I’m sure most of you have heard the saying “breakfast is the most important meal of the day”. I now couldn’t agree more. I used to be guilty of skipping breakfast more than I should. The days I did it felt like I had no energy, couldn’t focus on work and my stomach was growling.

Time Management

For me it came down to time management. I used to hit the snooze button too many times. I got out of bed, got ready for work and left without even thinking of breakfast. By about 11am I got really hungry and when it was time for lunch I over ate.

Simple Solution

These days even if I don’t have time to make a solid meal, I will at least try to make a breakfast smoothie. In less than 3 minutes you can get something in your body to tie you over till lunch.
