1- Make zucchini pasta (used 2 zucchinis).
2- Add a little oil and 1 garlic clove to the pan.
3- Add zucchini pasta, hand full of chopped kale, a few pieces of sun-dried tomatoes, and about 1-2 tablespoons of water.
4- Give it a mix and cover to cook for about 3-5 minutes. I personally don’t like to cook it for too long.
5- Place it on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Also add some avocado pieces.
