1- Start cooking 2 eggs and 2 turkey bacon strips.
2- Season eggs with salt and pepper
3- Toast english muffins then spread a little low fat mayonnaise
4- Add some cheese to the english muffin then the egg, turkey bacon and a little spinach
5- Add the top and done
NOTES: for a healthier version replace mayonnaise with a little greek yogurt and skip the cheese.
