1- On a roll, spread a little whole grain mustard, then add some capers, half a small can of tuna, and some spinach.
2- Close it up and eat directly or pack for work/school
NOTES: Ideal for a quick snack or for work/school..I used tuna can that has tuna in spring water (the can size is 85g). I used a potato roll
