1- Pre heat oven to 190C (375F)
2- Start cooking about 600ml (2.5 cups) of whole wheat pasta
3- An a bowl mix, 1 chopped celery stalk, 1/4 chopped red onion, some basil, about 240 ml (1 cup) tomato chunks, 1 can of tuna (), 1-2 pressed garlic cloves, salt and pepper, and the cooked pasta.
4- Place in oven safe dish and add some mozzarella cheese on top
5- place in oven for about 10-15 minutes
NOTES: I just used tomato chunks from a can, but you could just cut up a juicy fresh one. Feel free to add other vegetables.
