Triple Chocolate Banana Protein Shake



1- In a blender add 240ml (1 cup) of ice, 240ml (1 cup) of almond milk, 0.5 banana, 1 scoop (30g) of chocolate protein powder, heaped teaspoon of cocoa powder
2- Blend it up and ad some dark chocolate shavings

NOTES: Feel free to use any type of milk. 

1-En una licuadora agrega 240 ml (1taza) de hielo, 240 ml (1taza) de leche de almendras, 0.5 banana, 1 cucharada (30g) de polvo de proteína de chocolate, cucharada de cocoa en polvo
2-Licúa y agrega algo de chocolate amargo rallado 

NOTAS: siéntete libre de usar cualquier tipo de leche
