1- Cut 1 chicken breast (approx 200g (7oz)) into pieces and start cooking
2- Cut up about a handful of celery, two handful of a green leafy salad of your choice.
3- Once the chicken is cooked, throw in the celery, green salad, 3-4 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and a handful of natural unsalted cashew nuts.
4- Continue to stir and cook for about 1-2 minutes more.
NOTES: I used romaine for the leafy green, but you can use kale, spinach or pretty much anything you like. You can buy low sodium teriyaki sauce to keep sodium down, or just use less.
