Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry



1- In a small bowl mix, 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoon water, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 garlic clove, a little ginger, a dash of vinegar and 0.5 teaspoon whole wheat flour
2- Prepare vegetables (I used 0.5 cup of broccoli, onion, bean sprouts and carrots)
3- Cook on high about 360g (0.8lbs) beef strips and season with pepper
4- Add the vegetables and the teriyaki sauce in and cook for a little longer
5- Place on plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top

NOTES: Feel free to add any type of vegetable and/or use chicken.
