1- In a bowl mix 2 eggs, 60ml (1/4cup) milk, about a tablespoon of whole wheat flour and salt and pepper to taste
2- Cut into pieces and start cooking 1 turkey bacon strip, about 5 cheery tomatoes, about 60ml (1/4 cup) red onions and 1 pressed garlic clove.
3- Once the bacon is cooked pour the egg mixture onto everything and cook on medium heat (use lid to cook top)
4- Add a little cheese (optional) and some spinach to one half
5- Fold the other half over once cooked enough
NOTES: Skip the cheese for a healthier version, and feel free to add any other vegetable you want. Sorry Mine look a little burnt as filming and cooking at the same time make it a little difficult.
