Sweet Chili Chicken Thighs



1- Pre-Heat oven to 200C (400F)
2- Spread our some aluminum foil on an oven safe dish and place about 450g (1lbs) chicken thighs.
3- Pour about 80ml (0.33cup) sweet chili sauce on top and season if you wish
4- Wrap it up and bake for about 25-30 minutes
5- Cook about 120ml (0.5cup) brown rice

NOTES: I used skirt steak, spicy seasoning by @spiceninjaseasonings. Feel free to use any type of cheese, feta will also work. For dressing I like to leave it as is but some balsamic vinegar or a little extra virgin olive oil would also be good.

2-Esparce algo de aluminio en una charola y coloca 450g (1lbs) de muslos de pollo
3-Vierte alrededor de 80ml (0.33taza) de chili dulce encima y sazona si deseas
4-Envuelve y hornea por 25-30minutos
5-Cocina alrededor de 120ml (0.5 taza) arroz integral 

NOTAS: yo use sazonador picante de @spiceninjaseasonings.
