1- Cut about a third of a chicken breast into small pieces and start cooking
2- Pour a 248g (8.8oz) can of creamed corn into a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
3- Add salt and pepper to taste to the creamed corn
4- In a small bowl add the cooked chicken, then the creamed corn on top
5- Garnish with spring onions
