1- Pre Heat oven to 200C (400F)
2- Start cooking about 200g (0.44oz) lean ground beef
3- Once beef is almost done, add about 240ml (1 cup) chunky salsa and cook for a few minutes more
4- Cut capsicum (bell pepper) in half and empty out.
5- Fill capsicum (bell pepper) with the beef and add a little cheese on top
6- Place in oven till the cheese melts.
NOTES: You can use any type of capsicum (bell pepper), yellow, red, green doesn’t really matter. You can also do this with ground turkey
