1- Preheat oven to 200C (400F)
2- Cut 3 potatoes into quarters and mix them in a bowl with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 pressed garlic glove, and salt and pepper to taste
3- Place them on baking tray and throw in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
4- Season steaks with thyme, rosemary and salt and pepper
5- Start cooking and season other side
6- In a bowl mix about 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and about a tablespoon of blue cheese
7- Once steak is done place on plate with potatoes and blue cheese on top of steak.
NOTES: If you don’t like blue cheese just skip the blue cheese/yogurt mix, or just add less blue cheese.
