1- Start cooking about 250g (0.5lbs) streak strips and season with salt and pepper
2- In a bowl add about 2 handfuls of mixed great leaves, about 5 cherry tomatoes cut in halves, 1/4 of red onion sliced, and 2 tablespoons of feta cheese
3- In a small container mix 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 pressed garlic clove, 1/2 tablespoon of dijon mustard and salt and pepper to taste
4- Place cooked beef on top of salad and pour dressing all over
NOTES: I cut sirloin steak into the strips. Feel free to substitute feta cheese with blue cheese.
