1- Start cooking steak and season how you wish (I just used some BBQ seasoning)
2- In another pan add 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 pressed garlic and a few asparagus spears.
3- In the same pan as the asparagus cook an egg
4- Place everything on a plate and season the asparagus with some sea salt.
NOTES: I used about 225g (0.5lbs) rib eye steak.
