Spinach & Feta Frittata Minis

1- Pre heat oven to 200C (400F)
2- In a bowl mix 6 eggs, 0.25 small red onion chopped, 240ml (1cup) chopped spinach, 120ml (0.5 cup) almond milk, 120ml (0.5 cup) feta cheese, about a tablespoon of parmesan cheese, salt pepper, some spicy seasoning (I uses @spiceninjaseasonings) and 1 pressed garlic clove.
3- Lightly grease oven tray and pour the mixture in
4- Bake for about 15-20 mins (or until egg is cooked.

NOTES: Feel free to add other ingredients as you please.
