1- Lightly grease pan
2- Season tilapia with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and juice from lemon
3- Start cooking and mix about 1 tablespoon of olive oil with 1 pressed/chopped garlic clove
4- Once you flip the tilapia, add oil/garlic and simmer for a few seconds then add handful of kale
5- Mix up the kale and cook for about a minute or two
NOTES: I used 2 tablespoons of oil but 1 will be enough. Also do not breath in the cayenne pepper. haha.
