1- Cut spaghetti squash in half.
2- Place on microwave save dish with about 60ml (1/4 cup) of water
3- Place in microwave on high for 5 minutes at a time till it’s a little soft. Mine took 10 minutes
4- Use fork to grate out spaghetti strands
5- In a pan and saute a little garlic, add the spaghetti strands, add a little basil and salt and pepper.
6- Cook for a minute or two and serve with some parmesan cheese (optional) on top
NOTES: Feel free to add other vegetables of your choice like broccoli etc.
