1- Pre heat oven to 190C (375F)
2- Cut spaghetti squash in half, clean it out and brush it with a little olive oil
3- Place in oven cut side down for about 50 mins
4- Cook about 450g (1lbs) of prawns
5- Throw in about 420ml (1.75 cup) diced tomato, salt, pepper, basil, chili flakes and garlic
6- Stir and simmer for about 10 minutes on low.
NOTES: Feel free to add some mushrooms, asparagus, or broccoli.
