1- On whole wheat tortilla add spinach, red bell pepper, 1/4 of an avocado, slice of cheese and turkey breast slice.
2- Wrap it up and cut into smaller slices
3- Mix 1/2 tablespoon of grainy mustard and 1/2 tablespoon of honey for the dip
NOTES: I used pepper jack cheese, but feel free to use your preferred type. If you skip the cheese you will reduce the fat, calories and protein by about 25-30%
