Simple Veggie Breakfast

1- Saute 1 garlic clove
2- Lightly cook about 120ml (0.5 cup) mixed vegetables
3- Cook an egg
4- On whole wheat tortilla add about a handful of spinach, the mixed veggies, the egg, and season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.

NOTES: Feel free to use any vegetable you like.
