1- Start cooking steak and season with salt and pepper
2- When steak is cooked halfway flip it and season other side
3- In a small container mix about a tablespoon of grainy dijon mustard and a teaspoon of honey
4- Once the steak is done, place it on a plate and add the honey mustard on top
5- Serve with some vegetables.
NOTES: I more honey used the sweeter the taste. Please NOTE that the macros is based on an average sized portion and not on my goliath 1kg (2.2lbs) steak! Yes I was starving.
