1- Pre heat oven to 200C (400F)
2- Start cooking about 200g (0.44oz) lean ground beef
3- Once beef is almost done, add about 240ml (1 cup) chunky salsa and cook for a few minutes more
4- On oven safe dish add about 2 handfuls of tortilla chips and then the ground beef and a little cheese on top
5- Place in oven till cheese is melted
NOTES: This is my simple version of nachos. Feel free to modify it how you wish. I used fresh salsa and whole grain tortilla chips. Served with optional mix of greek yogurt (50%) and avocado (50%). Macros does not include the avocado mix…..And that was my attempt to speak Spanish at the end hehe.
