1- In a bowl add 0.5 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 0.5 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 pressed garlic clove, juice from 0.25 of a lemon and mix it up
2- In another bowl add 2 heaped handfuls of mixed great leaves, 480ml (2 cups) of alfalfa sprouts, 0.33 chopped cucumber, 120ml (0.5 cup) of corn, 120ml (0.5 cup) of red onion, 100g (3.5oz) chopped shaved turkey breast, 60ml (0.25 cup) dried cranberries, the dressing and season with salt and pepper.
3- Mix it all up
4- Add some pumpkin and/or sunflower seeds on top
