Share Nacho Plate For Two



1- Start cooking about 350g (0.77lbs) ground beef and season with taco seasoning
2- In a bowl mix 0.5 avocado, 120ml (0.5cup) Greek yogurt, 2-3 tablespoons of chopped red onion, 60ml (0.25cup) chopped cilantro, juice from 0.5 lime, salt and pepper.
2- On a plate add about 4 hand full of tortilla chips, the beef, about 60ml (0.25cup) shredded cheese, the guacamole, 120ml (0.5cup) chunky salsa and some jalapeño

NOTES: Great share plate when watching TV. Feel free to modify it how you wish. I used multi-grain tortilla chips

1-Comienza a cocinar 350g (0.77lbs) de carne molida de res y sazona con sazonador de taco (yo usé @spiceninjaseasonings)
2-En un bowl mezcla 0.5 aguacate, 120 ml (0.5taza) yogurt griego, 2-3 cucharadas de cebolla morada picada, 60ml (0.25taza) cilantro picado, jugo de 0.5 limón, sal y pimienta
2-En un plato agrega 4 puñados de chips de tortilla, la carne, alrededor de 60ml (0.25taza) queso rallado, el guacamole, 120ml (0.5taza) salsa chunky y algo de jalapeño

NOTAS: muy buen plato para compartir cuando se ve TV. Siéntete libre de modificarla como desees. Use chips de tortilla multigrano.
