Satay Beef



1- Start cooking about 1 cup of brown rice
2- Cut beef into small pieces and start cooking with about 60ml (0.25 cup) sliced onion.
3- In a small bowl mix 60ml (0.25cup) peanut butter, 60ml (0.25cup) water, hot sauce to taste, dash of soy sauce and 1 pressed garlic clove
4- Add 1 cup of snow peas and the satay sauce to the beef and cook for about 3-5 minutes on high

NOTES: I used coconut oil to grease the pan.

1-Comienza a cocinar 1 taza de arroz integral
2-Corta la carne en piezas pequeñas y comienza a cocinar con 60 ml (0.25taza) de rebanadas de cebolla
3-En un bowl pequeño mezcla 60ml (0.25taza) mantequilla de maní, 60 ml (0.25taza) agua, salsa picante al gusto, un poco de salsa de soya y 1 ajo picado
4-Agrega 1 taza de chícharos y la salsa satay a la carne y cocina por 3-5 minutos a temperatura alta 

NOTAS: usé aceite de coco para engrasar la sartén
