1- Start cooking about 60g (2 oz) brown rice spaghetti.
2- Cook about 150 grams (5.3 oz) of lean ground beef and season with salt and pepper
3- Once the beef is cooked add about 120ml (1/2 cup) chunky salsa sauce and cook for about 1 minute more.
4- Place cooked spaghetti on plate, the ground beef salsa mix on spaghetti and some shredded cheese on top.
NOTES: I used fresh organic salsa sauce bought at local grocery store. You can also make your own.
