Salmon Skewers & Spicy Mayo



1- Cut Salmon fillet (approx 300g (0.66lbs)) into chunks
2- Skewer them and start cooking
3- Season with salt pepper and some oregano
4- In a bowl mix about 60ml (0.25cup) mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of Thai red curry paste or Sriracha.

NOTES: Feel free to season salmon how you wish.

3-Sazona con sal y pimienta y algo de orégano
4-En un bowl mezcla 60ml (0.25taza) de mayonesa y 1 cucharada de pasta de curry thai roja o Sriracha
