1- Pre heat oven to 200C (400F)
2- Prepare asparagus (I used 4) by breaking off the tough part of the spear
3- On aluminum foil, add the salmon fillet and season with salt and pepper
4- Place sliced lemon on top of the salmon
5- Place asparagus and capers with the salmon.
6- Squeeze a little lemon juice over everything
7- Bake for about 15 minutes
NOTES: Make sure the aluminum foils is only wrapped once around the salmon. If you wrap it a million times it will take forever to cook.
