Rosemary Feta Stuffed Baked Chicken



1- Pre heat oven to 200C (400F)
2- Cut pocket in a chicken breast and stuff it with mixed great leaves, tomato slices, feta cheese, and some rosemary.
3- Season chicken how you wish, I just used cajun
4- Bake for about 25 minutes

NOTES: Make sure the chicken is cooked all the way. Goat cheese is also great substitute for feta!

1-Precalienta el horno a 200C (400F)
2-Corta la pechuga de pollo y rellénala de lechugas mixtas, rebanadas de tomate, queso feta y algo de romero
3-Sazona el pollo como desees, yo solo usé cajun
4-Hornea por alrededor de 25 minutos

NOTAS: Asegúrate que el pollo esté completamente cocido. El queso de cabra es buen sustituto del feta.
