Rosemary Chicken & Avocado Salad



1- Cut 1 chicken breast into slices and start cooking with some olive oil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and rosemary
2- In a bowl mix about 2 handfuls of green leaves, 60ml (0.25) cucumber, 60ml (0.25) tomato, 60ml (0.25) red onion, 60ml (0.25) bell pepper, 0.5 avocado, salt, pepper, 0.5 tablespoon olive oil, and 2 tablespoons shredded cheese.

NOTES: Feel free to add a little balsamic vinegar to the salad.

1-Corta 1 pechuga de pollo en rebanadas y comienza a cocinar con aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta, pimienta de Cayena y Romero
2-En un bowl mezcla 2 puñados de lechugas, 60ml (0.25) pepino, 60ml (0.25) tomate, 60 ml (0.25) cebolla morada, 60 ml (0.25) chile pimiento, 0.5 aguacate, sal, pimienta, 0.5 cucharada de aceite de oliva y 2 cucharadas de queso rallado

NOTAS: siéntete libre de agregar un poco de vinagre balsámico a la ensalada
