Red Kidney Beans & Rice



1- Start cooking about 60ml (1/4 cup) brown rice
2- Lightly sauté 1 garlic cube and 60ml (1/4 cup) onion
3- Add about 240ml (1 cup) red kidney beans, 240 ml (1 cup) diced tomatoes, handful of coriander (cilantro)
4- Season with salt and pepper and mix it up.
5- Fry up 2 eggs
6- On a plate add the brown rice, the beans, 1 egg and garnish with some spring onions

NOTES: Add some chili flakes to spice it up a little.

1-Comienza a cocinar 60 ml (1/4taza) de arroz integral
2-Ligeramente saltea 1 ajo y 60 ml (1/4taza) cebolla
3-Agrega alrededor de 240 ml (1 taza) de habichuelas, 240 ml (1 taza) tomates en cubos, puñado de cilantro
4-Sazona con sal y pimienta y mézclalo
5-Fríe 2 huevos
6-En un plato agrega arroz integral, las habichuelas, 1 huevo y de guarnición algo de cebollino
NOTAS:Agrega algo de Chile seco para que esté un poco picante.
