1- In a bowl mix 2 eggs, 80ml (1/3 cup) low fat Greek yogurt, 80ml (1/3 cup) whole wheat flour, about a teaspoon of baking powder, and 80ml (1/3 cup) raspberries.
2- Draw shape on pan with pancake mix and leave it for about 30 seconds.
3- Fill in the rest of the shape and wait till its ready to flip (about another 30 seconds
4- Flip and cook for a little longer
