1- Pre heat over to 200C (400F)
2- In a bowl mix 360ml (1.5 cups) whole wheat flour, 60ml (1/4 cup) cocoa powder, 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder, dash of salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 120ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup, 1 egg, and 240ml (1 cup) water.
3- Cut 2 cookies and creme quest bars into small pieces and add them to the mix
4- Place in muffin tray and bake for about 13-15 minutes
NOTES: I used Quest protein powder. You can also make this without the Questbars, but tastes better with.
