1- In a blender, add 2 frozen bananas, 120ml (1/2 cup) pumpkin puree, 60ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup, 1 tsp pumpkin spice, and cinnamon to taste.
2- Blend it all up.
3- Place it in a container and freeze for about 4 hours.
NOTES: It will solidify pretty well, so you may want to let it stand at room temperature for a couple minutes before eating.
