Protein Fruit Smoothie

1- In a blender add 240ml (1 cup) mixed fruits, 80ml (0.33 cup) vanilla yogurt, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, about 120ml (0.5 cup) ice, 1 scoop (30g) of protein powder (Vanilla, Strawberry, or Banana), and about 60ml (0.25 cup) almond milk.
2- Blend

NOTES: Feel free to add cinnamon and/or honey. I used banana protein Powder.
