Pizza Rolls

1- In a bowl add 840ml (3.5 cups) of whole wheat flour, 1 packet of dry yeast, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 360ml (1.5cups) of warm water.
2- Mix, kneed, cover and let sit for about 10 mins
3- Pre heat oven to (375F)
4- In another bowl, mix 1 large pressed garlic clove, 120ml (0.5 cup) tomato paste, 120ml (0.5 cup) water, about 2-3 tablespoons of mixed Italian herbs, and a dash of salt.
5- Roll a rectangle base (the thinner the better), spread out the sauce, some pepperoni (approx 80g (0.17lbs)) and mozzarella cheese (approx 200g (0.44lbs)).
6- roll it up, cut into about 2.5cm (1 inch) pieces, and place in muffin tray
7- bake for about 25 mins

NOTES: feel free to play around with different topping. You can also just get pre made crust to save time.

1-En un bowl agrega 840ml (3.5taza) de harina integral, 1 paquete de levadura seca, 2 cucharaditas de sal, 1 cucharada de sal, 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva y 360ml (1.5taza) de agua tibia
2-Mezcla, amasa, cubre y deja reposar por 10 minutos
3-Precalienta el horno a 375F
4-En otro bowl, mezcla 1 diente de ajo grande picado, 120 ml (0.5taza) de pasta de tomate, 120 ml (0.5 taza), alrededor de 2-3 cucharadas de hierbas italianas mixtas y un toque de sal
5-Enrolla una base rectangular (mientras mas delgada mejor), esparce la salsa, algo de pepperoni (aprox. 80g (0.17lbs)) y queso mozzarella (aprox. 200g (0.44lbs))
6-Enrolla, corta en piezas de 2.5cms (1 pulgada) y coloca en una charola de muffins
7-Hornea por 25 minutos
