1- Pre heat oven to 200C (400F)
2- Cut capsicum (bell pepper) in half and remove the seeds.
3- Sauté 1 pressed garlic clove and about 60ml (1/4 cup) chopped onions
4- Add a little cheese inside the capsicum (bell pepper)
5- Lightly brown about 200g (0.44 lbs) roast beef with the onions and garlic
6- Add the beef mix into the capsicum (bell pepper) and another bit of cheese on top
7- Bake in oven till cheese has melted.
NOTES: If you want to add mushrooms, sauté it with the onions and garlic. I didn’t have any on hand. Served with some mixed vegetables.
