1- Cut chicken breast in half, start cooking and season with salt and pepper.
2- On whole wheat bread add 1/2 avocado, the cooked chicken, pesto, spinach and the top bread
NOTES: Add other ingredients to make the sandwich to your liking. I add pesto between the chicken and spinach so it doesn’t soak into the bread.
