1- In a bowl add 120ml (1/2 cup) oats, 120ml (1/2 cup) almond milk, 120ml (1/2 cup) Greek Yogurt, teaspoon of chia seeds, tablespoon of honey and a dash of cinnamon.
2- Mix it all up, cover and place in fridge over night
3- In the morning, just throw in some berries and there you have it.
NOTES: You can eat as is or warm it up in the microwave. I prefer it cold.
