Oven Roasted Garlic Butternut Squash



1- Pre heat oven to 200C (400F)
2- Peal a small butternut squash and cut into small cubes
3- Shake the cubes in a bowl with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 large pressed garlic clove, salt and pepper.
4- Place on oven safe dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes

NOTES: Use a fork to see if they are cooked (should easily skewer when ready). Feel free to season with spices of your choice
