1- Start cooking brown rice (I used boil in a bag rice) approx 30g
2- In a small container squeeze juice from 1 orange, and add 1 teaspoon of honey, about a teaspoon of ginger, and a teaspoon of soy sauce.
3- Start cooking about a cup of broccoli
4- Once the rice is cooked, throw it in with the broccoli and add the orange sauce.
5- Turn heat on to high, stir and cook for about 1 minute.
NOTES: You can use garlic instead of ginger or just add garlic. Honey is optional, it adds a little texture and sweetens it a little.
