Orange Chicken & Green Beans



1- Start cooking about 1 cup of brown rice
2- In a small bowl mix, juice from 1 orange, 1 tablespoon of honey, dash of soy sauce, a little ginger, and some chili flakes
3- Start cooking a diced chicken breast (approx 160g (0.35lbs))
4- When chicken is almost ready add about 360ml (1.5cups) of green beans, and the orange sauce
5- Cook and stir for about 3-4 minutes.

NOTES: Make sure chicken is cooked all the way. I generally cook on high till the orange sauce is fully evaporated.

2-En un bowl pequeño mezcla jugo de 1 naranja, 1 cucharada de miel, un poco de salsa de soya, un poco de jengibre y chile en polvo
3-Comienza a cocinar una pechuga de pollo cortada (aprox 160g (0.35lbs)
4-Cuando el pollo este casi listo agrega 360ml (1.5taza) de frijoles verdes y la salsa de naranja
5-Cocina y mueve por 3-4 minutos 

NOTAS: asegúrate que el pollo este cocido completamente. Generalmente cocino a temperatura alta hasta que la salsa de naranja esté completamente evaporada
