No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Snacks

1- In a bowl mix 240ml (1 cup) ricotta cheese, 240ml (1 cup) cream cheese, 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 60ml (0.25 cup) honey, dash of cinnamon, and 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
2- On graham cracker layer it with the cheese mixture and some sliced strawberry
3- Garnish with some dark chocolate shavings

NOTES: I placed the the mixture in a sandwich bag and cut the corner for adding to the graham cracker. Serving size will vary based on size of graham cracker and layers.
