1- In a powerful blender grind up 360ml (1.5 cups) walnuts and 240ml (1 cup)
2- Then add in the blender 480ml (2 cups) pitted dates, 240ml (1 cup) cocoa powder, 0.5 tablespoon coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon salt.
3- Blend it all up
4- Place on baking tray to flatten and shape it.
5- Place in fridge to chill
NOTES: You can also try adding a little protein powder. Also make sure you have a powerful blender.
