1- Pre heat oven to 200C (400F)
2- In a small container mix about 1.5 tablespoon of tomato paste and about 1 tablespoon of water
3- Add to the tomato paste and mix, pressed garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste
4- Start cooking about 60g (0.12lbs) ground beef and the tomato paste mix
5- On whole wheat bread add the cooked ground beef and a little mozzarella cheese, then place in oven for about 3-5 minutes
NOTES: Feel free to add more herbs and spices of your choice to the ground beef.
