1- Cut chicken breast in half (to make it thinner approx. (120g (0.44lbs)) each)
2- Cook chicken and season with salt and pepper.
3- On roll add about 1.5 tablespoons hummus, 2 tablespoon of feta, tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, the chicken and the top of the roll
NOTES: Feel free to add some olives also. I used ciabatta roll
