1- Start cooking about 340g (0.75lbs) lean ground beef and season with salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and a dash of cayenne pepper.
2- Just before the ground beef is cooked add about 240ml (1 cup) chunky salsa and simmer for about 2 minutes.
3- Prepare lettuce leaves
4- Place beef onto lettuce leaves with a little shredded cheese on top and a dash of Greek yogurt
NOTES: You can also add this on a flat bread instead of lettuce if you want more carbs
